BEFORE: an effective meeting agenda
The meeting is created by the meeting organisers in just a few clicks, directly in the team workspace. The terms and conditions of the meeting are included.
Using the meeting agenda template, each participant in the meeting can add the points they wish to cover. Setting an agenda is simple and dynamic.
For each point on the agenda, you can indicate a priority, a duration, a context and a type of point (information? decision? reflection?)
DURING: a structure for achieving the meeting's objective
The meeting facilitator simply follows the agenda.
The secretary records the discussions and decisions directly in the application.
The group decides on actions. Each action is assigned to one or more members of staff and a deadline can be set.
AFTER: a quick, standard report with follow-up
A first version of the report is available at the end of the meeting. It's up to you to devise a proofreading and/or validation process.
The meeting is followed up by tracking the actions assigned to each member of staff. In the team space, everyone can see which actions are still in progress.
