A training plan for everyone

Skills development is a major issue for all associations. Putting in place a training plan gives you a tool that can be formalized to track progress. VitalTeam links roles/functions, people, skills and specifically skills needs.

Here is an example of a sequence supported by VitalTeam:

  1. Using their role or job description as a starting point, employees gather feedback on their skills from their manager or peers.
  2. An interview with the manager or another member of staff enables them to identify the training, mentoring or practical actions they need to take to progress. Everything is easily entered into the application.
  3. An internal training catalogue can be consulted by everyone. The system makes training proposals based on the skills included in the training plan.
  4. The plan is published and its progress is monitored directly in the application.
  5. Further feedback is then collected to see whether the development action has borne fruit and, if necessary, to make adjustments.

  • For each point on the agenda, you can indicate a priority, a duration, a context and a type of point (information? decision? reflection?)

DURING: a structure for achieving the meeting's objective

  • The meeting facilitator simply follows the agenda.

  • The secretary records the discussions and decisions directly in the application.

  • The group decides on actions. Each action is assigned to one or more members of staff and a deadline can be set. 

AFTER: a quick, standard report with follow-up

  • A first version of the report is available at the end of the meeting. It's up to you to devise a proofreading and/or validation process.

  • The meeting is followed up by tracking the actions assigned to each member of staff. In the team space, everyone can see which actions are still in progress.
